Students learn to write a resume, obtain computer and typing skills, Administrative Assistant skills, and enroll in Jobs for Life Courses. After completing Job Training classes, women apply for job positions with employees who have partnered with CWJC of Middle TN or obtain positions through interviews and networking.

CWJC is partnering with the following companies to provide graduates job opportunities: HCA, Spheris, Jobs for Life, Career Step.
